Dear Lily, Thank you for your wonderful question! It's perfectly okay to feel sad sometimes, even if everything seems fine on the outside. Our feelings are like the weather; sometimes it’s sunny, and other times it’s cloudy. Feeling sad is just a way for our hearts to ask for a little extra love or care. It could be because of changes around you, or maybe you just need a hug. Talking about your feelings with someone you trust can help too!
